Service Retainer Fee

Cancellation Policy

The client agrees to a monthly retainer fee of $120.00 per hour for one hour of drone services provided. The client can retain services of Phoenix Horizons, LLC as needed on an hourly basis. Please Note: Unused hours, flights, or deliverables do not roll over to subsequent months, nor are they eligible for refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments. *To cancel, reschedule, or make changes and ensure aircraft are available for your flight request, please notify 72 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charge of $125.00. *Pilot-In-Command Authority (PIC): In accordance with FAA Part 107 regulations, the remote pilot has the absolute final authority over flight safety. Flights may be delayed or postponed at the pilot's discretion due to inclement weather(rain, high winds, low visibility), airspace restrictions (TFRs), or on-site safety hazards. **Weather Rescheduling: If a flight is cancelled by the pilot due to weather, safety, or FAA restrictions, no penalty applies to the client. ***Credit Adjustments: Phoenix Horizons, LLC will prioritize rescheduling weather-delayed flights within the current billing cycle. If a prolonged weather or airspace closure prevents rescheduling before the end of the month, that specific flight credit will roll over into the immediate next month. ****The client is responsible for securing all necessary property-access permissions, land-owner consents, and local permits prior to the pilot's arrival. *****If a flight cannot be executed upon arrival due to locked gates, uncooperative personnel, or lack of proper site permissions, the flight operation will be cancelled with no refund from Phoenix Horizons, LLC.
